I want to bleach a small section of my hair to dye it this summer but I don't know what to use! Help me!?

Well bleach either way is going to kill part of your hair (so just keep it healthy with some nice shampoo) I; getting very blonde hair) use splat lightning bleach. It's like 8$- usually used to put color in after-- but I use it even to get my blonde. But that's the cheap way. There is also other box dyes you can use. And there is Sally's bleach- but that can be expensive.
