Party/prom.. what hair and makeup?

So my class is throwing a party this friday.. And I think I'm going to wear a cute black summerdress! And Idk.. Black easy heels? Anyways.. My problem is I wanna color my hair AND have the right makeup... Please.. Help! I was looking for a soft,dark with a little hint of red hair color... :)

For your eyes with black you can go dramatic and so a smokey eye and bright lip if your having your hair up. But if your going to have your hair down always go for a bright lip and lighter on the eyes, maybe fake long lashes and a soft shadow? Hope I helped.
