I love the way liner looks, but it always ends up all over my eyes. How exactly are you supposed to do?? Thnx

Use a liquid or gel liner instead they stay in place all day. I loveeeee the urban decay 24/7 one. Pencil liner is usually supposed to smudge

Agree with Lody, pencil liner smudges much more. Try NYX slide on pencils.
