Hair color by Garnier, anyone tried??

So... We bought this and haven't used it yet. Anyone tried it. I've read some mixed reviews on the other shades in this line. My daughter bought it and has medium brown hair. Before we dive in I wanted to get some feedback first.  Thanks.

Do those lift color? This one claims to lift minus bleach, don't ask me how lol. I've put highlights in her hair before but never a all over. She young, 10, but I don't mind her coloring it, just worried about the results.

Oh and I'll be applying it. We may end up trying it. I'm on the fence right now. I figured this would lighten but not as much as the box says, which is fine by me ;)

I use this one and I have black hair. it did lighten it. my hair is fine

Well we took the plunge tonight and tried it. Not bad. She's happy, so that's all that matters :) it pulled up but not as blonde as the pic, which I figured anyhow... Here's before color...

And after... Its quite a bit lighter. The lighting in my kitchen isn't the greatest, but does show quite a bit...
