You should use after-sun lotion, I've got the banana boat one and its really good:)

Other than putting lotion in it do not do anything else! My nose is scared from this exact problem! I tried doing more than lotion and it was a big mistake.

At night apply coconut oil, aloe Vera, and honey. Wait for both the coconut oil and aloe Vera to dry before applying the next. I got fried last year and this helped my sunburn heal super quickly.
