You can tell by looking at the veins on your wrist. Are they blue or green colored? I think your skin looks somewhat neutral but slightly on the yellow side.

I agree with @Mia and @Angelique. Personally I think the 'vein test' is the easiest. The other test that is good is checking to determine with color metal looks best on your skin. I would place gold tone and silver tone jewelry on and seeing which looks the best.
