Moisturizer first, face primer, eye primer, foundation or tinted moisturizer then eye shadow, blush, mascara. If I am using a eye shadow that has a lot of fallout I may do my eye shadow first then my foundation. I do not contour, draw in eyebrows and use eyeliner.

If I am using lose eyeshadow pigments (or glitters/shimmers) I will do my eyeshadow first. BUT the rest of the time I start with a clean toned face, then use 100% pure aloe gel like a moisturizer (my skin gets less oily if I use aloe first) then a oil free tinted moisturizer or bb creme. I will set my t-zone with a anti shine sheer powder, add a little blush or contour/highlight on the cheeks, then do my eyes, my brows, and finish lips last.

on a more 'natural' day time makeup when im not uing alot of eye products or dark shadows/pigments i just would do my face first, but if im having a night out and doing a 'smokey' eye ill do my foundation after. its all about preferences!

if im doing heavy eye makeup with dark colors then i do eye makeup first then my base. This helps in the clean up after the eye makeup. If its light eyes then base first.

I always apply my base first. Base includes: moisturiser, foundation/tinted moisturiser, concealer and powder. I don't ever have a problem with fallout (except glitter) and I feel like a "perfect" base helps to apply eyeshadow smoother. Bronzer and blusher come after the eyes though, so I can apply the right amount and the right colour to my cheeks.

I do my eyebrows first, prime my lids, eyeshadow, liner, lashes, concealer, foundation, contour, blush, highlight and then any setting spray. I know a lot of people do their face routine first but I get nervous about any eyeshadow fallout. I usually have my hands all over my face when I'm putting my eyeliner on as well so I don't want to mess up anything else. =)

You can always start with the eyes first or second to see what you like more. If I do my eyes first, I prime the lid, then do the eyeshadows, liner, mascara, then I do my eyebrows. After I am done with the eyes I clean up using an eye cream so I do not irritate the sensitive skin under the eye ( you may not want to do this is you have oily skin) And at that point I start working on my face - base, foundation, blush, bronzer to contour. If you prefer to start with the face first you can, you will just need to do a powder guard under your eyes before you start working with eyeshadow which looks super odd at first but once you are done with the shadows you swoop the powder away and any color pigment will move with the powder - if you have dry skin though, this may not be the best option for you.

I use a cheap version of the Beauty Blender, or whatever it's called, that Sephora carries, to apply my foundation. In Canada, we have a product called JOE FRESH, and they have like amazing tools! I still like MACs crease brush better, but yeah, there sponge applicator is awesome and less then half the price :D Then, I just use my fingers to apply my concealor. Then powder, prime the eye lids, then eye makeup, then cheeks :)
