Which ones? Maybelline's gel eyestudio: it comes with a brush that works pretty well! Just make sure to clean it after every use. Their liquid lash stiletto liner is awesome too! Cheap as well. I also really like wet n wilds liquid liner.

I love gel liners. I find most liquid ones to runny making it awkward to put on. Also gel lasts longer usually.

I think the Pen works best, the one I use is from MAC and it works amazingly.
I have never had an easier way or more perfect eyeliner!
