It's called plum merlot. I really really want to dye my hair this color. Has anyone had this color? How did you keep it from fading and how much upkeep was it? Did it fade to a pretty color? Any advice would be appreciated!☺

I used to have one similar! It's a beautiful colour! I get mine done every 6 weeks. It's fades terribly! I haven't found a way round that yet. Colour care Shampoo/conditioner (I use herbal Essences) John frieda is the best... But much more expensive. I also buy crazy colour semi-perm hair dye. And mix it with my conditioner and leave it in for 3 mins. This helps keep the colour bright. (I used pinkissimo)

I get two bottles for £10 and only need to use a small amount. So does last a while. It still fades, but not so badly. x

I did, but not all hair. It's very hard to keep it, especially if you wash your hair often. I had to dye it every month, and that kinda ruines hair. My advice is, don't dye your hair. It's very nice that way. :D.
