Ok so I'm freshman and I'm going to try out for cheer leading. All my friends think I should do it cuz I'm loud and really preppy and outgoing and I think it would be fun. So I have been practicing on sharp movements but I need help with flexibility. I can touch my toes and stuff but I can't do a splits :/ which I know is important. Are there any good stretches or you tube vid flexibility workouts you guys know of that I could do?? Thanks in advance love you all ;*

Do them the best you can every morning every night. And do them when your just by yourself watching tv EVERYDAY whenever you can. That's how I got all 3 of my splits when I did gymnastics.

Start with lunges then gradually progress to the splits ❤

Practice And trust you'll be gettin plenty of it while in cheer. I did it and I was unbelievably flexible.

Definitely Yoga. I noticed a rapid increase in my flexibility when I first started and I was only going once a week.

Have a friend or your mom help. Sit on the floor with your legs apart and have them push your back down until it hurts a little, and hold for 10-15 seconds.

I couldn't do splits at ALL. But then I went into gymnastics and then I was as flexible as can be!

I can do left and right split and almost the middle split. :o.
