If you use very little (which I recommend, b/c you don't need too much of this) then it feels normal, not light, not heavy. I would definitely set it with a powder though, b/c the concealer doesn't set to any sort of finish. :)

I have had the hard candy concealer for a while now an in the bottle it has separated to the point where if I try to use it all I get is oil.

If you want to use hard candy for undereyes I suggest using a bit of moisturizer to thin it out, that'll make it much more blendable.
