I think either would look really good :) if you put in hi lights I'd keep them about the color of your roots, since those seem really light to begin with. It would really add to the summery look you have. low lights would make you look mysterious )

You would probably look good on any color! Just be careful, maybe getting a semi permanent due first to see how the color looks before you make a permanent commitment.

Don't ruin your hair! That's the perfect color and if you change it you'll regret it forever. Maybe highlights though.
