I bite my nails and am really sick of the habit can you help with some solutions?

There is some nail polish that is made to taste badly to keep you from biting them. In extreme conditions, putting bandaids on your fingers might keep you from biting them. :)

I know this is going to sound a bit weird but you can rub garlic on your nails. it helps you stop bitting them because of the taste. A plus is that garlic is good for your nails.
hope this helps. :)

They only way I was able to quite was when I got braces. But have your nails manicured helps a lot too.

Tasha! I used to bite my nails like crazy too! The only thing that worked for me was a combination of just making sure that I always have some polish on my nails, even clear, and just taking care of my hands. I know that sounds weird, but if you constantly like how your hands and nails look, you'll be less likely to ruin them by biting. I also used the Sinful Colors Anti-Bite and Nail Growth icky tasting nailpolish that really helped! And to help my nails grow faster and stronger, I regularly used the Sally Hansen Nail Growth Miracle in the gold bottle-both of which can be found at Walgreens or any drug store! :) Good luck!
