So a few days ago my skin for really dry right above my lip and it doesn't look very good and when I put makeup on it looks cakey and gross. What could I use to quickly make it smooth again (something that doesn't involve having to go buy it at the store would be great). Thanks guys!!

I had that issue and I used Aveeno Ultra Calming Moisturizer for about 2 days and it was gone. Aveeno rocks!!
