Paw paw cream!! Is so amazing for dry lips its about $4 for a tube that will last you a year you can also exfoliate to get rid of the first dry layer then apply paw paw ointment onto then to keep the new layer hydrated.

Use a sugar and honey scrub daily and the skin should come off an reveal smooth lips. Make sure to use chapstick after you clean off the scrub.

I've had that problem before and you can but any lip balm or moisturizer. Such as EOS, Baby Lips, Chapstick, and Burt's Bees.
