Does anyone else have alopecia? I am 14 years old, I got my first bald spot in fourth grade. It doesn't hurt (emotionally) as much as it used to! I'm getting slightly better confidence. For those of you who don't know what alopecia is, just Google it. It gives you a lot of information.

Aw I'm sorry! I read a book about a young girl with it, it's called because of Anya, by margret peterson haddix(?) Maybe you've heard of it. I had a friend who has alopecia and we read the book together. It has helped us both :) I'm proud of you, keep up the confidence! Much love and luck(and with or without hair you're beautiful, also my friend was obsessed with old music hair! It's about rebellion- a guy who wants to grow his hair longer and his dad won't let him.) xxx
