Trying the DIY ombre kit , help??

Hey so my hair is an auburn red and I'm doing the wild ombre by loreal tonight and I'm kinda second guessing myself... I don't know If it would look good , or if I should go lighter or darker? Help please :)

Make sure not to make it a straight edge and kinda run your fingers through your hair a little above the dyed part so it does a fade out :)

I used that and it didnt change at all. but the wee brush you get with it is great. I used it to dye my ends blue.

Braid your hair until your satisfied with how long you want the ends that you are going to dye to be and tie it and dye that part. That way it faded out and you don't look like you put a bowl on your head and dyed it.
