So I am planning on trying microdermabrasion to help with the KP on my arms and for some bumps on my face (not acne). And it will probably help the acne too lol So, I am wondering what brand to get? A cream or something with an appliance?

Go for a cream. Much gentler than a tool. I would definitely try and get samples from Sephora before taking the plunge because they can be a bit pricey. Do a patch test with the samples and if you experience adverse reaction (s) you know which one's to avoid. Off the top of my head I know Kate Somerville has one along with Philosophy.
