Do blow dryers that say they reduce frizz and dry hair quicker really work? Any brands that work best?

I don't know how true the claim really is. I recently purchased a chi blow dryer because it claimed to dry hair quicker thus causing less damage. I didn't see a single difference from this expensive one compared to my cheap Revlon blow dryer!
