Favourite Matte Lipstick

I am a massive lipstick fan - next to Mascara it would have to be my favourite kind of makeup. Making a statement, no matter how subtle, with lipstick for me is number 1!
Matte for me is the way to go every time - if I want it to shine? Add a gloss, but I don't like not being able to go backwards with an already shiny & glossy lipstick.

At the moment my go-to would be my small collection of Revlon Colourstay lippies and maybe some Napoleon gloss. I'm wondering if anyone else has a favourite matte lippie to recommend?

I like Revlon Matte. It is hard to find around me, I am not sure by you, but I purchase mine on Ebay. My favorite is Pink Pout, I just bought really red. Hope you like

MAC makes great matte lipsticks,
so do Nars! :)

I really do love the Revlon mattes as well, they don't even feel dry! My favorite color is stormy pink :)

They don't make my favourite Revlon anymore - it was a really skinny lipstick, I had 'really red' and 'magenta'. It was perfect texture and skinny enough to fit into a small clutch without taking up too much room.

I would use Tarte Lipsurgence! They have really great colors and the increase the moisture in your lips...they're super super matte and highly pigmented -- don't be fooled by the "lip tint" description, they go on really well.

I love Lancome's Matte lipsticks because they are not drying and stay put(Red Haute is my favorite). NARS Velvet Matte Pencils are also really good.

Avon Ultra Color Rich in Rich Ruby is my favorite matte red. I also really like most of the Nyx matte lipsticks and soft matte lip creams, they have a nice lightweight texture and aren't too drying for me.

MAC Myth is an awesome matte nude. I also love Ruby Woo by MAC which is a nice red.
