Make Up Or No Makeup??

So when going to a makeup counter for a consultation for foundation is it okay to where makeup or would it be better to just bare all and have none? I've never gone before so I just want to be prepared as much as possible :)

No makeup because they need a blank canvas to work on and is the best way to see what looks best with you naturally.

And they will probably take it off anyways to apply makeup on your face so there is no need to waste the time applying it yourself :)

It's okay to wear makeup, they'll remove it for you (jawline/half your face) and see how you like the foundation. Then they'll balance it after. Of ourse yu can go bare-faced too if you are comfortable with that.

It depends on if you want to compare it to something then wear makeup they should take half of it off. but if not don't really wear anything.
