Hello ladies...I need some help or advise for using this vitamin e + evening primrose oil capsule in my face..is it ok? or safe to put on face?...I got this capsule from my skin specialists...I cannot take the capsule because (maybe I'm pregnant and can effect the baby if I take it)...so I dnt want to waste the vitamin e...so I'm planning to put it in my face but when I read the content it has evening primrose oil...is it ok? help please...

There haven't been any true scientific research studies on the effects of primrose oil when ingested or used on the skin, so I'm not sure. The properties it claims may be false because they haven't been proven true. In any case, you're right not to swallow them. Since it's a natural oil I don't foresee that it would do any harm, but it might not do any good either.

Congratulations on the baby on the way! I know vitamin e works well for stretch marks and scars but is that why you want to put it on your face? or is it another reason?

@edwina I'm not sure yet if I have baby...but me and my husband trying to have baby...btw I dnt know what to say about my face its dry and too oily...I think combination normal to oily...also redness...I dnt have acne but I have recent scar from chickenpox...

Yes it's fine! I use that on my face all the time and it works great, they're natural oils that have shown no horrible side effects. They're great for hydrating and they both have anti inflammatory properties.
