Has anyone tried it? Is anyone going to try it? I have been using suave just because it's affordable and it's been working fine for me. So I'm thinking of trying that. :D

If you enjoy the Suave line already, I would say try it. It's cheap so it isn't like you're investing big money on it :)

I personally haven't tried it, but the shampoo and conditioner still contains sulfates. Plus you should really leave any kind of treatments to the professionals. I personally use the KeraGreen Keratin Smoothing System on my clients. It lasts 2-4 months. The Suave system is only made to last up to 30 days. So in the long run, you are probably wasting more money. The KeraGreen system also has products that you can purchase to bring home that will help to extend the service.

I don't really see a difference using sulfates and not using sulfates. But thanks so much for the info. :) I'll keep that in mind, for sure.

Sulfates strip natural oils in your hair amd ends up drying out and giving you dead ends.. So when you use the Keratin treatment it's killing your hair anyways....

Yeah, my hair is pretty tough... haha I don't see a difference whether or not I use sulfates or not. I use argan oil every time I wash my hair, and I use a palm-ish size amount of conditioner. My hair has plenty of the moisturizers and oils that are good for it. Plenty moisturized... Leave in conditioner too... Yeah.

I used it for the first time over the weekend. It works amazingly well. I have thick semi wavy, course long hair. No matter what I do, it always feels a bit dry and frizzy and not real manageable. To make it straight I have to blow dry and flat iron and it takes quite awhile. I tried this over the weekend and my hair is super manageable, 99.9% of the wave and frizz are gone, it is soft and took about 1/4 of the time to style this morning. It is fairly easy to use. It has a smell to it almost like when you get a perm, but not as strong. You apply in 2 parts. The first part you leave on 20-25 minutes depending on your hair and the second part, 7 minutes. It comes with a head styling cream that you use after. You cannot wash your hair for 48 hours. My hair stayed straight and looked amazing all weekend, even after sleepin on it. I will definitely use this product on a regular basis.

FANTASTIC!!!!! :D Thanks so much!!! I'm afraid it might be a little harsh on my hair though? My hair is really thick, but the curl is just ridiculous. It's not super curly, it just has the worst cowlicks and kinky curls. I always have wished the curls were uniform, but they're so RANDOM!!! And that's one of the reasons I wanted to try this, so that it would help my hair look normal and more manageable. Most of the time I don't have the time in the mornings to do my hair, so I end up looking ridiculous all day. I just have to straighten the annoying parts. I'm hoping this will make all that easier. :) Thanks so much for that thoughtful comment! It was EXTREMELY helpful!!! ^.^ And let me know if it helps your hair grow, cause I need help with that as well, haha.

You are welcome! I don't think it will be too harsh on your hair. The only thing the instructions mentions is that if your hair is dyed, not to use it. However, on the instructions in the box, it does say if your hair is dyed to leave on 25 mins instead of 20. Prior to purchasing I read a couple of reviews where they said the only people who shouldn't be using are people who bleach their hair. My hair is much more manageable and super soft now. It only took a few minutes to style this morning. It is semi-permanent so it is not very harsh. The smell is a bit strong for the first product you put on but not overwhelming. Hope it works for you!

My hair is dyed auburn... hmm... I still think I'll be trying it though. And I never really have a problem with smells. Thanks so much! ^.^

That is awesome advise Sheree. I am going to have to try this out as well.
