Today I was tanning in the sun and a couple hours later I saw this on my legs. I seriously don't know what this is. can you help me??

I can't see from the pic but if it's from tanning it probably is heat rash, either that it an allergic reaction to any sun cream you used.

That's tinea versicolor a skin condition due to the sun it goes away during the winter time or much sooner :-) try using sun tan lotion
