Is there anyway I could stop my skin from coming out in a heat rash when I go out in the sun? it comes up in patches and its horrible! I'm very pale and burn easily does that have anything to do with it?

I get that too. It just comes with the territory of being pale. Aloe will relieve it but I don't know of anything that will stop it from happening, though.. Sorry!

I'd recommend you lather yourself in a high SPF lotion. I also swear by Garnier After Sun, it contains a light self tanner which turns all redness into a lovely golden brown. Good luck and enjoy the sun!!

Drink more water :) If I'm even a bit dehydrated and sit in the sun I break out too! Staying hydrated is key :)
