Put your hair in a hair tie or simply don't lay on your hair when sleeping.

First off, get bobby pins and wrap your curls around your finger and pin it to your head, repeat this process until all your curls are pinned up, then spray some hairspray and put a net over it to protect it over night if you toss and turn in your sleep!
Hope this helps :) x

Just make a loose ponytail on the top of your head like really high. then in the morning put some spray (half water, half conditionner) on some strands and try to fix whatever became weird!
