Of you want your hair to grow out quickly stop blow drying it so you won't have any heat damage. Only get a trim if you're trying to grow it out.

Okay well this really doesn't answer your question but you should really let your hair air dry sometimes because from the look of it, your hai looks really heat damaged! :( maybe there is some good conditioner for it. But you should grow your hair out! You're really pretty too!!

Cut off all dead and split ends and stop blow drying it to prevent them from coming back and your hair will grow
