Sweet 16 Makeup help!

So I'm having a sweet 16 and my dress is going to be pink (either coral pink or baby pink). I'm not great with makeup, but I'm going to get it done at home to save cash. What should I do? I do not want to wear a bunch of eye makeup cause I don't want it to get all over me. Also, my forehead can get shiny so are there any good powders from the drug store I can use to matte it out? This is what I look like by the way.

Maybe for your eyes you can do a very natural smokey eye. Then use a pretty coral blush and coral lips to complement your dress
