Has anyone gotten an eyelash perm?

My lashes are short and flat and stubborn to curl. I'm interested in getting an eyelash perm but have also heard of DIY sets you can buy and do yourself at home. Has anyone had experience with either option? All the eyelash perm providers around me have kind of shady websites and I don't know how I feel about trusting a stranger who works out of their home to perm my lashes.

I've had a professional eyelash perm in a salon twice now, and the results are amazing. I would recommend getting it done at a professional salon, DIY would be very hard to do as it uses strong chemicals. Try and find a salon that does it :)

In trained in eyelash perms and I've seen some real horrors from badly trained beauticians and home kits! It's quite old fashioned now so try and find a good salon to have them done, do not do them yourself!
