Origins ginger souffle. It was ok but I definitely didn't fall in love with it, it was to expensive for what it was.

Proactive! yuk! they are such a harm product and it drives me crazy how everyone thinks they're a cure for all. the only good thing about them is that they instil a routine in you to wash morning and night.

I will TOTALLY second "They're Real". I just don't get it. I keep it in my kit because it's so popular that I think someone might request it and think I'm not "in the know" if I don't have it, lol. Voluminous Carbon Black does what they're real should be doing, but does it much better (although voluminous doesn't have the curling effect, but who cares, use an eyelash curler).

I totally agree Todd! If only all women could discover the glory if the voluminous line. Mascara is such a personal choice though, some women actually like the spider look.

@Tara, I hate the spider lash look. I wonder what they use on Madonna because she has the worst case of spider-lash that I have ever seen. The most amazing , gorgeous aspect of Voluminous (I can't attest to any of the line other than the basic one in Carbon Black as I haven't tried any of the others), is the way that while it thickens more than any other I've tried, but it also SEPARATES the lashes in a way that is fluffy and not spider-y whatsoever. It also has a very high gloss factor that is missing from some "maximum volumizing"mascaras. The only draw back is that it takes a long time to dry and it's not good for women who smudge very easily.

Awwww I love my Benefit They're Real mascara. Its been a true gem for me at least. One item that I found to be hyped up and completely overrated was this serum that Clarins came out with earlier this year. All the big bloggers were raving about it like it was the bomb.com but my husband who is a cosmetic chemist came home with it since he often receives free stuff from numerous lines...he uses it as a cuticle oil. That serum contained mineral oil and for $80 he said they could've used more beneficial oils instead.

Clinique chubby stick- overrated! The revlon just bitten balm stains do the exact same thing in my opinion.

Lol Todd,I read your comment about Madonna and all these flash backs of her look ran through my mind and the Franklin Fuentes song If Madonna calls I'm Not here, came to mind and I thought wow that's right The crazy Madge Lashes do kinda look like her pits from the 80's wild and spidery ;-)

I was disappointed in my Sigma Brushes. They shed something horrible.
Model in the Bottle Setting Spray is awesome but the spritz itself, was over whelming. I just put it in a different spray bottle.

Alma, are you kidding me?!? You actually know that song? You must have been a club goer in the 90's! That is very interesting that you know that song and about the very random Franklin Fuentes. Do you, or did you live in NYC?

Octavia, I think the model in a bottle is over hyped as well. The spray is inexcusable for a setting spray. I never bought it but tried it on my hand at the Makeup Show and felt like I had just sprayed a very shiny hairspray with a totally wet and uneven "mist".

Alma, if you don't have those songs but want them I have all of them and can send them to you via What's App (best and fastest for sharing music). Message me if you want them, they're a rare find. I actually hung out with FF a couple times back then (I was only 20 btw!!) at the Sound Factory (back in the days of NYC when you could be underage and still get into clubs).
