What drug store brand has the best kinds. Who has the best color payoff and last durability?

I have a teal color in e.l.f. & for a drug store brand eye liner it isn't horrible. (and its REALLY cheap, I think I got teal & black for $2 or $3 for both). I always make sure to warm the pencil tip a bit to get it to glide on & show more color without so much re-applying.
*also want to note here, the caps on the e.l.f. are terrible, they are sharpeners too & do NOT stay on the pencil when in a bag*
If you can spend a little extra, I'd really recommend splurging for a few Urban Decay eye liners. They have amazing color pay-off.

Milani makes really good ones. Try the Liquef 'eye ones. The color payoff is insane : )

walmart's brand Hard Candy has really nice eyeliner pencils in tons of colors for only $6-8 and they stay put :)
