Be patient, drink lots of water, eat healthy with lots of protein, don't use heat on your hair, and only get trims if you have split ends, otherwise don't worry about trims.

Massage your scalp everyday and take good Care of your hair. That means using minimal heat, conditioning and do not Color it. I brush my hair at night and it seemed to work. Use coconut oil or a hair mask every 2 weeks and do not shampoo once a day because that will strip away any of your hairs natural oil making it dry and brittle. Hope this helps!

I agree with what everybody else said but if you want faster results take biotin I've been taking it for a little less than a month and my hair has grown 1/2 in it's completely safe I asked my hair dresser and did : hours of research! Lol but 5,000 mcg will work but not as fast! I take 10,000 mcg the best part is it is $8 @ Walmart for 100 capsules. Also it is a vitamin and only makes the hair on your head grow not anywhere else lol good luck!
