I've always had some since I started puberty, and I started using some OTC washes and it helps, but just this past week or so it's gotten worse (not a cycle thing, I'm sure). I've talked to my dermatologist about it but he says that he can't really help me. Any tips? It's swimsuit season... :/

I know it's pricy but the clarisonic ALWAYS clears my skin, the Mia is the cheapest one $120 and if your flexible then it would be easy to clean your back... Just an idea
