Bahah this was actually really hard! I'd buy Makeup Forever's Mat Velvet+ ($36 USD) Nyx Stay Matte But Not Flat Powder ($8) Mac's Paint Pot in Soft Ochre (18) Mac's Fix+ (20) Essence's Gel Eyeliner ($4) Hard Candy's Glamoflauge Concealer ($7) Elf's 3 in 1 Mascara (3) Mac's Russian Red ($15) Elf Spotlight Highlighter ($1) Loreal True Match Mineral Foundation in Soft Sable ($4) Mac's Nightmoth lip pencil ($14) and I'd spend my last twenty bucks on Coastal Scents hot pots.
