Mash a banana and apply it on your face and then wash with baking soda. Also buy a sulfur anti acne cream... Anything that claims its for acne and has sulfur works great.

If you do get a sulfur cream it may sting the first few try's but you have to trust me on that, you can get them in any beauty supply for less than 5 bucks.

I never had so much breakouts before..
Its very embarrassing..
I am using keihls acne cream. it did show good results but again suddenly got more breakouts, should I stop using that?

Hmm well if it worked the first time then give it another chance, diet also plays role here, for me... If I eat an egg my face and back will suddenly break out also I noticed when I drink lots of water my skin seems clearer.

If you have breakouts, I would suggest not to scrub as they will spread and increase. Give your skin its own time. Scrubbing will worsen it. Contact a dermatologist if your breakouts are increasing. Use cetaphil cleansing lotion, it worked for me and the moisturiser as well.
As far as the scrubbing is concerned, once your breakouts heal you can start it.Gently scrub the affected area.Invest in a good scrub for acne.
Use a toner.

I have seen a dermat but none of his medicine worked..instead it worsened so I stoped the medications..

Okay, see another dermatologist a better one. I didn't see a dermatologist thinking my pimples will go on their own, but it worsened them.Finally, I saw a good derm, all my pimples have gone.Just the marks left for which he gave me a cream.
Recently, I got st.ives apricot blemish control scrub and so far happy with it.
