I just recently bleached my hair again. It's now this light yellow shade, I know I have to tone so I bought Wella t18, seeing as it was the one most people recommended. Problem is some areas of my hair, the ends feel sorta elastic. Is it safe to tone my hair now or should I wait for my hair to feel healthier? Also, I don't want white hair, will the toner turn it white if I leave it too long?

I believe toners are to help even out the color and create the desired tone. I don't believe it will lighten your hair any more than you already did with the bleach. It should just make the color look better. And what do you mean your hair feels elastic?

When its wet it feels a bit too soft kinda mushy and it takes longer to dry but when it does it feels normal. It doesn't break off though, it just feels more stretchy.

The best way to get rid of your elasticy ends is to get them trimmed off. The toner may act too quickly on your ends since they are much more porous and damaged. the t18 is definitely the most popular and that one is purple based so it will cancel out the yellow and neutralize it. The longer you leave the toner on the cooler it will make your blonde be! So if you are ok with more of a yellowy blonde then wait a week or two and deep condition or get a trim before you use the toner!
