Please help me with my hair fast!!

My hair is nice and smooth when it's done, but when I put it up it is all frizzy so I have to take it down. What can I do to get rid of the frizz with out using heat or buying supplies?? Thanks (photo)

I have that same exact problem. I used to always wear my hair up and it would be frizzy by the end of the day. I used Ozzies mousse and spread on the top and side of your hair.
