Is it bad to put expeller pressed and refined coconut oil onto your hair? I've been doing research and all of them say use virgin organic, but I've already used this coconut oil quite a bit...

Yah it is kinda bad ={ maybe you can just eat it...there's a lot of cheap organic extra virgin cold pressed coconut oil on amazon or at your local food stores if you wanna switch because the one you have doesn't have all the good proteins that your needs to stay strong...=]
