I'm very new to the world of makeup, and I was wondering if anyone had any eye makeup tips. I have blue eyes most of the time, but sometimes they're grey or green. What are good colors to use? And how much should I use?

My eyes are the same then! I find red-brown eyeliner really brings out the blue. I just use it above my upper lashes and below my lower ones. Try it- you'll be surprised how bright blue makes them x

Coppers, golds, and browns, look beautiful against the blue! Hunt down photos you like and try to mimic the look as best as you can for practice and remember to blend!
The MAC 217 blending brush is the makeup brush that every single person should own! It's perfect to apply concealer (especially over acne!), and it's AMAZING at blending eyeshadow so everything looks flawless. It's $23.00, which may be expensive to some people, but if you only wear a little makeup, it's the only brush you will ever need, and will last forever if taken care of! I definitly recommend it!
Check out the brand ALMAY too. They are sold at drugstores and such, but they have sets already picked based on eye colour. They have liners, mascaras, and eyeshadows, and the eyeshadow palettes come with directions on how to get different looks, so you have that for future reference! Very handy and a great place to start!
