Rimmel Clean Finish 100% poreless is the one I use and I have sensitive acne prone skin. I love it! It doesn't break me out, makes my skin look healthy, and doesn't dry out my skin either. It's the best for me (I've tried a lot from low to high end)

There is no best foundation since it varies for every person. BB creams are okay especially the ones from South Korea. Also when looking for foundations, make sure they are Oil-free, water-based, Spf15+, and dermatologist approve are a few tips~~ :)
