Darks or lights? And how when what and where?

For all you blue eyed girls out there I need your help should I wear dark on my crease and light on my lid or the other way and also just a tip if you have biggg blue eyes this doesn't count but for medium and small blue eyes NEVERR EVERRRR use black eye liner on your water line it just totaly closes your eyes more!!:)

You can always substitute the under eye makeup with a white eye liner.
