I love using all kinds of liners but for some reason I can't figure out how to keep it from transferring to my lower lash line. Any tips??

I'm Black & Asian & my eyes are already slanted (haha) but what helps is when I close my eye & pull the outer corner outward more. This way I have more control. Hope this helps.!!

Have you tried setting it with a matte black eyeshadow or pigment? This works for me. I do this with waterproof eyeliners and omg! Truly waterproofs them for me.

Yes, use a waterproof liner, set it with an eyeliner powder, then take some concealer right underneath it (blend well). Then set it with an under eye hd powder. I'm a bridal makeup artist and this has worked for me for years! Through tears and rain (literally), it won't move.
