Thanks for that Rebecca J. I don't see any specific benefits. I was told by the lady at the shop it helps with acne and balancing the skin. I may have been misinformed. :(

I've heard it's actually good for pms symptoms?? My dr told. Me this lol but I haven't heard about skin yet definitely going to look into it :)
