I have not tried the Clinique, but I do love my PF Gel Liners. I've never been a gel liner kind of person, but these really turned me around! Plus, you get three colors!

I havent tried the clinique either but I like the physcians formula ones :) I mainly use mine for lining my waterline because it last longer than any pencil i've ever used. If you do go with PF i'd recommend buying a good eyeliner brush because the one that it comes with isn't too great
