Dark circles...PLEASE READ!!

Ok so I'm thirteen and I wanted to get a dark circle correcter, because I have dark circles that aren't puffy, they are dry and there are fine lines...would you suggest I get a dark circle correcto or not, and if so is there a good product that I can get at Ulta that is cheap.

Try Napoleon Paradis' The One concealer. Also be sure to keep your eye area moisturized and drink plenty of water.

Maybelline age rewind are pretty good. They cover well, don't crease, and don't settle in fine lines. And they're cheap. Also make sure you are using a good eye cream as well.
