Yes it makes them longer but there are safer options that won't potentially damage your eye. Try castor oil!

I've heard from multiple sources that is just a myth, it only appears to lengthen it because you're pulling on them. It's like hair, you can't really make it grow.

Vaseline isn't good because it's petroleum. you should use. coconut oil instead

Whenever you use anything around your eyes specially oil don't get it close to your tear ducts.
