Yeah they do. I've been using them for probably 3 years or so. I do the 14 day thing every 6 months or so. You can start to see a difference after 3 or 4 days. They make my teeth sensitive for about a week but its not unbearable.

I use these every 6 months and they're awesome! I get compliments on my white teeth all the time :) I also use the whitening mouthwash (glamorous white) and toothpaste (glamorous white). Hope this helps! :)

P.S. I got mine from amazon.col for about $35. Much cheaper than at the drugstore. But of course it takes longer to get by mail.
