African black soap is a quick, easy, cheap and great way to remove acne, blemishes and redness, and to reduce oilyness. It dries out your skin quite a bit, so you'll need a good moisturizer, like coconut oil. Both African black soap and coconut oil can be bought on eBay/amazon for really cheap.

You can also try Nivea's Gentle Foaming face wash. I have oily, acne-prone skin, and it works great for me! A little goes a long way too (also for African black soap - that stuff lasts for ages).

Oh, and coconut oil can also help to fade scars.

It's not just about face wash! I know you hear it all of the time but drinking water, eating healthy, and exercising regularly really help to limit the need of the perfect face wash because your skin is taken care of from the inside out! Also, exfoliate and moisturize :)

I have the same type of skin and I'm using organic facial wash from Juice beauty. It's 100% organic and natural ingredients, it makes my face feel clean without stripping all the oil off. It's the best thing I've found and I've tried every drugstore brand.

Wash your hands with soap then just was your face with water. after that wipe away the oil on your face using your finger then wash again your hands. do it until your face is oil free then use a whitening soap [for me I only use papaya soap don't know if you've ever heard of that] why not try a whitening soap, then just invest in a good moisturizer. :)

St. Ives blemish control wash. There are other types of st Ives things and it is super good (well it works for me) you can get it at mostly any drugstore and it's only like $3
