When using salt spray on damp hair to create beach waves should you condition your hair when washing it? Also if you wash your hair at night and sleep in salt spray will you have beach waves in the morning?

Sea salt spray won't exactly give you beachy waves. It'll act more as a texturizing spray. You can curl your hair a head of time then spray the sea salt in for a piecey messy look.
