Precision ink from Illamasqua in Abyss is the best liquid one in my opinion! For pencil I really like the Stila smudgestick in Stingray :)

For pencil Urban Decay 24/7 glide on pencil in Perversion is the SICKEST black, hands down. For liquid liner, 24/7 Liquid in Perversion is also the best. :)

For a liquid, pen style liner, my favorite is Physician's Formula Lash Boosting Eyeliner in Ultra Black! I use it daily!

I like Neutrogena's Nourshing Eyeliner, its really smooth and extremely black. For high end eyeliners, however, i would suggest the Urban Decay 24/7 glide on.

Pencil is Urban Decay 24/7 (Persuasion, I believe) and my favorite liquid (which I like way better then pencils) is L'Oreal Linuer Intense, second is Urban Decay 24/4 Waterproof Liquid eyes :)

I love Inglot's Gel Liner in #77. Matte black with awesome staying power. I wear it on my waterline as well and it does not budge.

Maybelline has great pencils. Only a few companies manufacture eye pencils, so it's a better option to just buy drugstore.
